Cycle Service

In the next couple of months we can expect the installation on the village green of Basildon’s own cycle repair and service station. Amongst the useful tools will be found various spanners and wrenches, screw drivers, tyre levers and a multi-valve pump all incorporated within a useful stand for carrying out repairs and servicing. Given the village green’s position on the cross-Berkshire cycle route it should prove to be a popular addition to the village. Financial support for this facility has been provided jointly by the district and parish councils.
